Administration Team Leader - EDITA "APPLY NOW"

Edita is hiring Administration Team Leader

Job Purpose: Develop and implement plans and processes to ensure the optimum run of all administrative services within the assigned region.

Responsibility:

1.Supervise the maintenance, licensing of the company's vehicles, and ensuring the optimum use of the vehicles. 2.Ensure the optimum use of all facilities and services 3. Manage the selling of the wasted materials.

4. Assist in preparing the Annual Budget 5.Supervise and communicate with the external services providers (catering - transportation). 6. Supervise the issuance of purchasing orders for cleaning, uniforms and buffet supplies

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience: Minimum 4 Years of experience in Manufacturing field is a must. Language: English language Fluency (Speaking, reading and writing).
