Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare payments of rent and utilities, follow up rent and service invoices from malls and ensure it according to the contract.
• Register any notes payable and fund transfer on excel
sheet.
• Recording any fixed asset in dynamics 365 system.
• Prepare daily report for amount coverage on bank account.
• Receiving invoices from vendors.
•Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods were received.
• Checking any previous payments or credit note before issuing payment to vendors and reviewing invoices to be completed for payment.
⚫Checking withholding tax after receiving note from audit department.
⚫ Recording invoices, vendors payments and WHT on dynamics 365 system.
• Prepare request to issue Cheques.
Job Requirements
BSc in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree
Knowledge of general accounting procedures Knowledge of using ERP system (Dynamics 365 in a plus)
· 3-7 years of experience in accounting.
-8 working hours & two days off
