Position: Branch Team Leader
As a Branch Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our branch. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks aimed at maintaining operational excellence, managing cash flow, and fostering a collaborative work environment. You will be the point person for addressing branch issues and overseeing reconciliation processes.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the accurate management of cash flow within the branch, including cash in and out transactions. - Oversee the branch's safe flow and reconciliation on a
daily basis.
-Conduct thorough reconciliation processes to ensure that all transactions and activities align with their supporting documents.
- Monitor and promptly report any branch-related issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Address various matters, such as branch maintenance, required documents, incidents of altercations, and updates to mall policies.
-Collaborate with the necessary departments to ensure timely resolution of issues. - Supervise queue management and assist in handling including assigning tasks, addressing questions, and solving problems. -Monitor and manage the inventory of branch supplies to ensure an uninterrupted workflow. - Coordinate with relevant departments to restock supplies as needed. - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Leader" in the subject.
